MTN ******* of Data

I receive 300 mb of data each month. This data suppose to be valid for "30 days", to the contrary, I receive an sms (prior to the 30 days expirary days), stating the data will expire in 48 hours. However 2 hours later, the data is completely expired without having used the data. After the data has supposedly "expired", I purchase data bundles which is also valid for 30 days . The exact same problem is persisting. I have contacted MTN on several occasions to address this broad **************** of data. Call Ref No. 231 077 552 & 231 076 345, I have also spoken to Sashen and Khanye, Ntombi and Norma. and the problem is still persistant. I am real tired and annoyed of being pushed around from 1 agent to another and still not receive any joy. It is very disturbing knowing a reputable service provider like MTN has truly lowered the quality standard. If this problem is not attended to, I will be forced to move over to the competitor like Vodacom which currently offers me hasle free services and no persistent problems.

Thank you for your post.

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.

Kindly be advised that as per system record, the sms notification received was for the 300MB loaded on the 2016-07-10 14:36:19.0 of which the expiry date was on the 2016-08-10 04:21:24. The second expiry sms notification was for the night express bundle received on the 2016-07-10 14:36:19.0.
