Hi. I did an upgrade on my phone on the 26th of November at MTN. Since then I have been struggling to get that FREE 20GB DATA PROMO that was advertised on the special. Many calls to the rep en to the manager that assist me with the device, none of them came back to me. 5 tickets (call logs) further, still no luck. So do I have to write off that promo 20GB, or what? As it was advertised as a free promo for 30 days.
