MTN ****** me

I was ****** by MTN. I purchased data contract from MTN and I was told that the contract consists of 20 Gigs day and night. It was turned out that the provision is 10 gigs during day and night. When I enquired this I was given different version of answers. Below are trail of emails received from MTN staff see below:
