On the week of the 18th June 2018 ,i loaded an amount of R300 that was credit to me from the company as part of work.On the 22nd June there was an amount of R122.00 available of witch i received the MTN to MTN free min and Data ,on the 23rd of checking my balance there was an amount of R109.00 available, again on the 24th there was an amount still sitting on R109.00 as i used my mobile phone for 10 min on my data plan to check whats app and to send 2 messages and the rest of the time on my WIFI. On the morning of the 25th i checked my balance and it was standing on R0.00 .Of witch i was upset to see,i proceeded to contact the MTN support number of what i was told by the consultant that i was using the internet and the airtime ran out,of witch i know i only used for less than 10 min and that was on whats app ,further the consultant advised she would POST POST me a itemized billing of what went on after 7 days .I then demanded to speak to the manager available. She then advised the same story as the agent did before ,but then advised me that from mid day on the 24th for 4 hours i was roaming on the internet of what i was at a gathering at that time and took a full R65.00 i then asked her if so then what happen to the balance and she advised i have to wait for the billing to reach me to *** really not sure on how MTN conducts there business and services as this is not the first time i have had this issue with them ,then later my airtime re-appears. I am not really happy about this and now sets me back and have me fork out money from my pocket to cover.I will be moving my business over to Telkom
