MTN Roaming very poor service

My number *** was deactivated for no reason. It is the number i recieve my OTP's on. The roaming was also switched off in that event and is causing me a lot of issues. I travel overseas all the time and rely on my Roaming to do business and at this stage it's coating a lot of money. When i enquire at a branch the only answer i het is sorry it's not active...no help or nothung...bery very poor service from mtn
