MTN roaming still not disabled after 6 days and numerous calls and visits to MTN, DO NOT USE MTN

MTN- roaming service - an absolute nightmare. I have returned from overseas last Wednesday and have not been able to get the roaming disabled from my phone. I have called 6 times and have visited two MTN stores without any success!!!!!!!!!!! Every time they promise that it is fixed and I must just wait two hours then my phone will be active again. I visited a MTN store again today and was once again told to lodge a job card for escalation at the store after they were unable to help me. Five hours later and it is still not disabled.

It will be a week tomorrow and it is still not disabled! My advise to potential customers- rather USE A DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDER if you think of travelling overseas.
