MTN roaming ineffective and account mismanagement and negligence.

After arranging international roaming, got to the foreign country, no roaming, had to use maps and wished I had a compass...after returning, my data was disabled, after wading through MTNs impossible 135 options to speak to someone, finally I could explain, an eternity on the line and many promises of fixing it in 30min and calling back...ja...no luck...just ignorance and negligence...not sure what Im paying for...on contract even...its a safety risk using MTN when travelling abroad.
