MTN RIUNED MY CREDIT PROFILE

M so sad to say that MTN ruined my name on credit bureau 2020 till date, some one out there not sure if it is their stuff member who took a debt on my name, I raised it with them when I started receiving call from them saying that I must pay, n started debiting my bank account, I then reversed n I clearly told them I was not responsible and I sent all required documents (swon avidafid, I'd copy, signatures, proof of address) via email since 2022, they never responded to me n did again send those documents this year 2024.

when I did follow ups they said they were investigating.😔

Instead booom they handed over my occounts to some lawyers, m busy being contacted stating that I must Make payment ARRANGEMENTS till today, I even went to the extra mile in contacting MTN VIA social media, I am a credit law abiding citizen but by that today someone out there saw an opportunity to ruin my name. our service provider do not care.

Our credentials are never safe with this companies. SAD 😔.
