MTN ripping us off

So my phone has been with MTN for a full month, but was never fixed. These people want you to run after them, like they are so unprofessional. The phone went to their repair center two times with the same fault, it comes back it's not fixed I'm being told to pay additional R4000+ for it to be fixed. I really wonder if they ever fixed it even the first time. My phone battery does not last even up to 3 hours, they told me they updated the battery software the first time. I am now stuck with a contract phone that has a very short battery life and a faulty charging port which has damaged all the accessories. Their regional manager gave me false hope by telling me the technician was busy with the device. They even removed my own screen protector and never replaced it even though I was promised so. I mean if the phone is not fixed why do I have to go and buy another screen protector that they broke? I am returning this stupid faulty device, I am so sick and tired.
