Good day Neo,
Thank you for your post.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience experienced. We completely understand the frustration it has caused.
Kindly be advised that the system shows that the data bundles and airtime loaded were used up on internet connections. Please note that besides internet browsing and downloading, your handset can also generate charges via background activity of applications and automatic running of data applications. It may be worth controlling your data usage by ensuring you close applications after use and also clear the Browser Cache on your phone. You may also try turning the mobile data connection off when you don't need it. This is not recommended if you need constant Internet access for important apps such as email, but will definitely help reduce data usage. You may also contact our call centre and ask for the data support department for further assistance.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
Regards,
Peggy

This does not explain my airtime dissapearing at the rate it has. I close evey application everytime use. I have even taken my phone to mtn to check the settings. In two hours i loaded two R60 airtime vouchers and a 100 mb data bundle and it dissapears without me even using my phone. How is possiblevor affordable. Mtn thinks it can just explain away this kind of service. Go look at what i spend on my airtime and data and then tell mevthis is normal. I have had this number for a long time but never before had i this kind of costs. This is actually worth legal action.
