MTN Ripping me off
I took a contract with Nashua in 2013 and because of the cession they moved my account to MTN. For the first 2 months MTN was billing me according to the subscription amount(R169.00) I signed for with Nashua.Since January 2015 they decided to change my subscription amount to R198.00 and I have been contacting their customer care since the 12 January 2015 to rectify this and nothing has happened to this point. This month again they debited my account wit R198.00 even though I was told that this will take 7 working days to be resolved.I spoke to 4 consultants already and they all promised that this will be resolved before my account is debited in February.Could MTN please stop ripping me off and refund the money they stole from me.This is totally unacceptable.
