MTN ripped me off

MTN ripped me off. I bought the Black Friday special in the Kathu branch at Village mall- 500 minutes and 10 GB for R299 on the last day of the special 04 December 2023. But ever since then I’ve been getting 50 minutes. I’ve went to different branches back in Johannesburg about this but no straight answer can be given to me with regards to why I was sold something I did not want.
