MTN Ripoff Part Two

Since my last review on MTN's very poor service on the 26th of April,I have had no response from anyone at MTN.But wait the problem gets worse.After my last communication with MTN I was assured that I would only be paying R179 imagine my horror that I discovered that my latest account is R263,17. So from going from happily paying R199 a month I went to R291,90 in March ( after I was told my new package will be R149) phoned to check said package is now R179 . April account R242,88( phoned again confirmed that package is R179 extra costs were for changing package??????) Phoned again today was told my package is actually R209. It seems that every time I phone I get charged for checking what my package is.Person I phoned today said he can't help me I must phone another number. How does one ever get this sorted out???????
