MTN RIPOFF

Received call from MTN to ask if I wanted to drop my package to R149(currently R199) Yes please. Received statement 12/3/2021 balance owing R291,93 What???? Phoned to complain long stories have to pay for changing package( this was not explained to me!!!) Was also told that there is no R149 package only R179.Told consultant to make sure I am on that package,assured me that I was. To my absolute shock I received an account on the 12/4/2021 to say I now owe R242,88 What again?????? Phoned again once again told once I had to pay for change of package.You must be joking.As a pensioner I was hoping to save but it has now cost an extra R134.The worse thing I was quite happy with my original package. Tried to speak to a manager still waiting. Very poor service from a company I have been with for years.
