MTN RIPOFF

Wanted to purchase theIr widly advertised "High speed bottomless data with our MyMTN Home Uncapped deals" , big ripoff, R499, capped at 400 GB,R699, capped at 600GB,R799,capped at 700GB. called in 3 stores for the deal, no router available over the last 10 days. When finally found a store with "the last router in store" the following happened,My internet printout of my bank statement was refused because the amount in my account wasn't visible,all 3 months transactions in and out with amounts were on the print,It also had to be stamped by the bank, the MTN lady told me she wants to know how much money I have, which is of nobodys business . My ID document was ****** but I had a original certified by commissionar of oath ,signed and stamped, colour copy ,same size as the original , was again told by MTN lady this is not accepted and I have to go to HomeAffairs to get an temporary ID.All official departments or shops accept an Commisionar of oath signed copy but not MTN , who treats us as all *********. I will never set foot into an MTN store again and have signed the same day with another supplier with all the same info. What a discusting business MTN is.
