MTN RIP YOU OFF & WASTES EVERYONE'S TIME..!!!

Good day,<br> <br> Although I have been with MTN for the past 12 years, am I now considering to switch to FNB connect...<br> <br> I have this on-going billing predicament with MTN, past 18 months, with trained consultants re-assuring and/or telling never-ending lies.<br> <br> However, following various communication and reference numbers, still to date has nothing been resolved. Catch Phrase: \Your matter has been escalated and will MTN be in contact with you within the next 5 days.\"<br> <br> Every time the same story / lame excuse / trained response, whereas MTN don't follow-up, but then cutting my line and re-connect and cut and so it went... Hence, it now happening every week, following numerous case / reference numbers that keeps on changing each time. (Rip-Off Strategy)<br> <br> Just to mention a few: *** (23.03.2015)
