MTN *******

I took out an MTN data contract with MTN 2 years ago. The contract expired in December 2020. I was notified of an upgrade but not notified that the out of contract cost would be so exorbitant. The contract cost was R 300 pm. Now I am being charged R 2600 pm for the same data each month without any notification that the price would be so ridiculous. This is almost 10 times the cost of the contract and only because I have not upgraded. This is ********* and is tantamount to theft. My family and I have been MTN customers for more than 10 years. Wow this is how you treat your long standing customers.
