MTN rip-off, billling me for the phone i don't have.

I bought an I-phone 11 - 64GB online with MTN and it was delivered on the 16th Oct 2023 and I realized the storage was 64GB and called in to return the phone.

I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Ndumiso Langa from MTN who said I must return the phone to any MTN direct, and I did. I went to MTN Direct in Rivonia and was assisted by Bafana Tlala. He took the phone and gave me the following ref number as proof: TRMS***.

I then took a contract for Iphone 13 and it was delivered the same month, by the 20th of November 2023. Now MTN is billing me for Iphone 11 and Iphone 13. I called 083135 to query this and I was told I must go back to the MTN Direct where I took the Iphone 11 to and ask them to book it off on their system. i tried giving the customer care lady the ref number stated above, she didn't budge and insisted I go back to the MTN Direct shop where I returned the Iphone 11.

I went there and Bafana Tlala assured me that the phone was returned and booked off on their system. But MTN continues to bill me for a phone I don't have and no one can help, So I keep on letting their debit order bounce and its making my credit profile look horrible.

MTN has bas customer service, I regret taking a contract with them.
