MTN *******

I've upgraded my mobile contract with MTN in October of 2019 and I agree to pay R499.00 per month for a new LG g6 with 100 mins, 100 sms's and 1gb data during the day and 1gb data during the night (between midnight and 04h30am). Only to find out during the early hours of the morning that I have been operating on only 1GB for the entire month every month since the beginning of the month. So Im paying for another 1GB but haven't received it. The balances havent changed from day to night.
