Mtn right hand and left hand not in sinc

mtn cancelled their e-mail service on short notice more than a year ago. I have bee to the local mtn store on regular occasions to update me mail adress but have never had any success in receiving statements or invoices. Last night i received a sms informing me that my statement and invoice was sent to the mtnloaded e mail adress. The company cant even realise that it is the service adress that they cancelled an no longer supply. Duh?
