MTN RIDICULOUS SERVICE

Sales talk got me into renewing my 2 contracts.

My ID problem- DSV useless couriers- delivered my phone with biometrics and temporary ID just a week ago. Now refuse to accept the same to deliver the router and MTN IGNORES my many emails.

Being shunted from pillar to post between the two companies!!!!

Been with Mtn for over 20 years and get this grand treatment!!
