MTN Ridiculous Charges- Packet data switched calls
I have been with MTN for over 6 years and really had no complaints with the service up until I received my contract statement which I normally pay R1000 every month on a 500 top up contract, the amount has been consistent over the years never going over R1100 ,this month they charge me an added R1500 ,totaling R2600 for \Packet data switched calls. I called their call center and the guy said I used their service and never had a cap
