MTN Richardsbay at the Mibo Plaza, Richards Bay, 3900 USELESS SERVICE AND MISLEADING US TO MAKE SALES

I will like to lodge a complaint of the poor service i have received from MTN Richards bay at the Mibo Plaza, Richards Bay, 3900 I went to the shop this morning at 10:30 and they consultant at counter 04 said that the additional line is approved, i must go and cut my sim card, and come back around 13:00, i live about 10km from this unprofessional and misleading store, when i came back the shop at 13:00 i waited for a further 30min that was fine, the lady sent me to another consultant only to find out i must wait 24 hours for the credit breau, now you mtn is going to reimburse me my petrol money and my time wasted, because you are pathetic company i am supriized how i remained with your useless service and network since 2012
