MTN Richards Bay store con artist ☝️

I recently upgraded my MTN cell phone contract as I am corporate client with MTN for just over a decade.They had a new double deal black Friday deal at the Richards Bay MTN store, two Huawei nova 11.5 cell phones, a iPad with a free SIM card plus 600gig. I upgraded earlier so I knew there was going to be, an extra cost which I knew that would pay👍 but when the first billing was R3560 in December, the new contract was supposed to be R1076 and the additional cost of R600 because the early upgrade 🤲 when I enquired about the new deal billing, they were billing me for the free SIM card 😱 when I requested for a break down of the billing , I discovered that I am paying an additional R642 for data package which I initially cancelled in 2022 inside their store as it was a 2 year contract that expired in 2022 of R299 but due their consultant's incompetence it was not cancelled and automatically increased to R642😱 No one at the store could find out where this amount was coming from🤷 MTN is a dishonest company with *********** people 😱 they lure people in with cell deal but they up robbing people 😱 their staff in accounts cannot assist you in anyway🤷 neither consultants at stores and their customer care services 🤷 what a nightmare to deal with 😱 they escalate your complaints to heaven☝️ never ever take contracts with MTN 🙏 worst experience dealing with *********** staff ever😱
