MTN RICA process is flawed

In the beginning of the year I took a contract with 2 devices. One phone and one tablet. I can use USSD codes on the phone, but when trying it on the tablet I get a message: Please note that this service cannot be used until you RICA this SIM. I have 3 numbers with MTN. What is wrong with you? Since 27 March there has been more than 20 emails sent in this regard and you do nothing about it. Do your job and RICA the sim as it was part of a bundle purchase. You are useless and I will not recommend you to anybody! The number in question is +***
