MTN - RICA barred on contract phone - POOR Customer Care

I have entered into a new contract with MTN. Phone was delivered, I ported my vodacom nr to MTN. Next day, my phone was RICA barred.

Visited the store...Lady assured me that its not a rica problem...By the next morning my phone will be working.

Next morning and now.. still RICA barred. After countless emails and attempting to connect with MTN customer care on FB and all platforms...still not sorted out.

I am seriously considering canceling my contract with MTN..it pathetic.
