Mtn Rica Barred

I have been using this sim card from 2015 and I was Rica Barred by mtn in 2016 n I went to their store and Ricad my sim.. Now I am Rica bared since 12th February.. I'm having a huge frustration as I couldn't recieve and calls since then and I was not aware because I'm using a router for internet... Please mtn fix my number.. I still want to be your customer.. I'm working at the Mines and I knock off late I don't have time to go to the stores.. Checkers they told me I must do sim swap..
