MTN Rewardscompany *****
The Rewardscompany is acting on behalf of MTN, committing ***** pretending to be MTN when phoning clients and coercing them to do upgrades, wherafter there is no email with contracts or details about cooling off period, cancellations or reversals. Rewardscompany tried to get me to accept a new bank debit order for R20 000 when they send a bank notification through FNB app. It's impossible to contact them, they claim they can't assist if you get through. MTN in store say they also can't assist in reversing this upgrade. I'm still well in the cooling off period. MTN please assist and make the Rewardscompany accountable for their dishonest and *****elent actions against unsuspecting consumers. They are breaking the law using MTNs brandname. The person in store told me who really phoned me. I find it shocking as MTN is apparently aware of how this company operates. I would like my ********** upgrade reversed to the real MTN existing contract. On my FNB debit order list I see they will continue to use the existing debit order bank code. I'm an educator I don't have money to waste on phone calls to this company who is playing games. I wasted enough of my money today trying to contact them.
