MTN / REWARDSCO ********!!!!

So two days ago I got a call from Rewardsco (telesales company doing sales for network providers) by an agent named Steven. He rammed on and on about a sim only contract, not wanting to be rude I let him speak and he wanted to know if the information he has on me is correct which I regrettably confirmed. However HE NEVER ASKED WHETHER I WAS INTERESTED OR NOT, TO WHICH I WOULD'VE SAID NO. Only after consulting with an aquaintance who also works for a network provider, I got told that that's how they do it and I probably am now bound to MTN by contract. WHICH I NEVER WANTED. So yesterday I phoned the number "Steven" left me, which gave me a machine voice "Hi you've phoned Rewardsco" and redirected me to their website. I dropped them a message there with reference number and everything telling them I'm not interested, as well as on MTN's website. Lo' & behold this morning I recieved a text message saying that my application was approved and couriers will be intouch. IF YOU SO MUCH AS TAKE A DIME FROM ME, I will get legal representation. Don't take people for a fool.
