MTN rewards program *****

Unauthorized activity took place, and despite raising the issue and following up multiple times, I have received little to no assistance or clear communication from their team. It is unacceptable that a program meant to reward loyal customers can expose them to such risks without proper protection or urgent resolution.

What’s even more frustrating is the delay in response and the lack of transparency regarding my case. Months have passed, and I am still waiting for feedback or any meaningful action. This has not only caused financial stress but also a complete loss of trust in the service.

I expected a reputable company like MTN to handle such serious matters with urgency and professionalism, but unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. I would strongly caution others to be vigilant when using the rewards program until MTN improves its security measures and customer support.

Overall, a very disappointing experience.
