MTN Rewards Co - Is a JOKE!!!!

I WAS MIGRATED TO A DIFFERENT PACKAGE BUT I DOUBLE CHECKED THE COST FOR IT AND THIS MORNING I AM BILLED ALMOST R300 extra!!!!! Went instore and was informed i need to contact Rewardsco Sales as MTN cannot do anything or if they who are terrible at any response at all. *update* now i need to recontact MTN billing.

NOBODY seems to be able to assist me now on!!
