MTN /Rewards Co

Please not I have put this here as the email address provided to me keeps bouncing back :

Good day

I write this email with a very bitter taste in my mouth..... I am very disheartened and disappointed in your company.... An I say Rewards Co as Mtn because when they call us they say they calling from MTN so we listen because we think of Wat a reputable company your are... But I guess not

I was called by one of your Agents regarding a contract. I was very sceptical as I wanted to deal with Vodacom (I should have just listened to my gut) anyway he ended up convincing me and we went ahead with the deal.....

After waiting for 2 weeks I recieved an SMS saying that my contract was approved.... (OK I rolled my eyes as I had already forgotten about that.)

It's going for 2 weeks again so I decided to call to find out where is my contract standing, just to call to be told that my contract has been activated.... (OK....... How is that possible becos I didn't recieve anything from MTN) They also said that my account will be debited because the contract is already activated... So this email will also serve as proof of me saying that I have recieved nothing from MTN, so should my account be debited I will take this matter up with the Consumer Rights Commission and also get my lawyers involved. As I was not contacted by your courier services on my number saying that they want to come and deliver my parcel and also it was MTNs fault that the main number put there for a contact number was a number that don't belong to me!!!!! Hence them being unable to contact me! (according to them... They work with Wat mtn gives them)

So please could you either do 2 things

1)Deliver my parcel as promised..... As I have already wasted my time dealing with your company whereas I think if I dealt with Vodacom I would have been happier.

Or

2) Cancel this application and do not touch my personal account for anything as I do not owe you anything and then I will have no further dealings with MTN.

This has really started on a bad note and again am extremely disappointed in MTN!!!!!
