mtn, rewards and co!!! worse service EVER!!!

Mtn handed me over to their attorneys for no reason. One of their outsource companies called rewards and co did contact me regarding a contract, i agreed but she **** about the specs of the phone and the installment per month, less then 7 days later i returned the devices. Unfortunately my experience with the mtn store in Cavendish store where i was instructed to return it to was so blatantly rude that was in November 2018. Almost a year later mtn handed me over but they didnt contact me once to communicate they just simply handed it ovto attorneys i had to contact rewards and co, mtn all the time to follow up if they got the devices they simply told me lies by saying ' oh they waiting on the head office. Im tired of this bull**** of mtn they must let their attorneys stop harrassing me, if i had the stuff in my possession i would've definitely paid it, Thanx to cell c for assisting me with a contract after i returned mtn contract. A few weeks ago a guy from mtn head office, Davesh or something called me to say they will fix it and there was misunderstanding. ALL IM ASKING IS FOR MTN TO INVESTIGATE PROPERLY AND FIND THE DEVICES I DID RETURN IT TO THE STORE IN CAVENDISH MALL!!! I WILL TAKE THE MATTER FURTHER IF YOU'RE ATTORNEYS CALL ME AGAIN.
