MTN Rewards a ****

On 5 July I redeemed 21000 MTN Yellow rewards for a R500 Planet 54 clothing voucher. I received the MTN SMS with the following voucher code: MTNR500-3qkktw.

I tried to redeem the voucher at Planet54.com on the evening of 5 July and received an error message indicating that the voucher code was invalid.

I have been trying to resolve this with MTN since 6 July, having called multiple times and having been directed to multiple departments, ranging from MTN Direct (***) to Mondo/MTN rewards (tel: ***). References provided: Query: ***, ***, ***, ***, *** & ***. I have also sent multiple emails with no feedback as yet.
