MTN returns

I bought an OPPO A17K from MTN Baywest Mall. The phone is very slow and the keypad is very laggy. I went back the next day wanting to exchange for the Samsung A13 which was the same price. The phone was still in the original condition except for the plastic wrapping. They refused to accommodate my request. I am very unhappy.
