MTN RETENTIONS- WORST SERVICE EVER

I have been waiting for months for someone to call me back regarding my MTN contract being cancelled. I have left numerous calls for the call centre but month after month my account keeps getting debited despite the phone no longer being used.

SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY and call me regarding this as soon as possible.
