MTN Retentions Unanswered

My contract with MTN expired and I want to migrate it to prepaid. I phoned 808 but every time they put me through to Retentions, the phone rings but remains unanswered. This is now day 3 attempting to get through and since last year you cannot contact them via email. PLEASE HELP! I urgently need to migrate to prepaid
