MTN Retentions Service

MTN service is pathetic. I have been trying to cancel a contract, and dealing with MTN is a nightmare. The call centre on 083-135: I have been calling since Thursday last week and holding very, extremely lengthy times, and eventually, when you think you're going through to an Agent, your call goes dead. This happens every single time. I have sent an e-mail to retentions with no response; the e-mail was forwarded by MTN customer care to retentions still no acknowledgement. Totally unacceptable service.
