MTN Retentions promised extra data and airtime, not getting it.

I cancelled my MTN contract. I was contacted by MTN Retentions and after telling them I am cancelling because I can get more data and airtime at Telkom for a lower price, they adjusted my contract to match the airtime and exceed the data. However, I do not seem to be getting this extra promised data or airtime!
