MTN Retentions, Poor Service

Spoke yesterday afternoon at 15:51 to a retentions person named Siyabonga, I must say the most unhelpful person ever, almost seems like he doesn't want to work there, I have been an MTN client for around 20 years and he clearly made no attempt to retain me as client, and to make things worst he referred me to some Mondo Customer Care, when I asked to speak to team leader. Please call me back should you still wish to retain me as a client.
