MTN - *** Retentions: *** NO RESPONSE !!!!!!
IRMS No: 250853 *** *** *** Cellphone since 22 May 2020 - MTN-Direct phoned me to do an upgrade . . i accepted . . they couriered the new phone to my house on Friday 22 May 2020...the phone was dead out of the box. I took the phone back to an MTN Direct shop. They couriered the phone back to MTN Retentions on the 28 May 2020. I am still waiting for anybody at MTN to call me back . . it is 38 days now . .i have phoned and emailed over 50 times. IRMS No: 250853 Huawei Y5-2019 IMEI: ***92 309

29 Jun 2020, 10:20Day 38 . . no SMS , CALL or email from MTN about the new "Dead On Arrival" phone and upgraded contract . . . .phoned them and got 17 Reference numbers up to date . . .no feedback whatsoever . . .emailed and phoned over 50 times . . .nobody calls back . . .managers give the wrong email addresses out of spite . .none of those contact emails work . . . i want my cellphone that was couriered back to MTN Retentions within 3 days after receiving it from the courier. . . . .MTN You Suck,but still you get your salaries.....

29 Jun 2020, 13:06Received a call from MTN at 1PM 29-6-2020.. they will follow up on this matter and contact me via email, as to where and when i can go redo the upgrade and collect the new phone.

The upgrade for cell *** has been cancelled and term date reversed back to 2020-07-04.
Promo fee service has been removed.
The account has been credited for the promo fee charges for May and June, R100.00 credit . The credit for R100.00 will reflect in 5 days on the account.
You can visit any MTN store for assistance with the upgrade. Franchise stores can assists as well with the upgrade.

..Now you cancel my contract upgrade because you cannot send me a replacement phone

...now you cancel the upgrade that was already done in May 2020
. .i want my phone
...and you will put back that contract upgrade as it was end of May 2020
..you are forcing me now to take a new upgrade that is more expensive than what the upgrade had cost in May 2020
. . give me my phone please
...you cannot break the upgrade contract because it is easier for you to do than replacing the dead phone you had couriered to my house.....
