Mtn retentions more like rejections

The worst ****ing service ever I called in to get details to ****en pay these people as my wife's contract is behind with a few months and I hold for 15 minutes I finally get hold of a guy I retentions how has no telephone etiquette, Who proceeds to tell me he can't assist me he's going to transfer me after holding so long to speak go this people ghe guy name Miguel Ramoro gives me a bul**** story that the contract is in mg wides name he can't help....I asked him to hold the line and try to conference my wife into ghe call but I could not......I further more asked him to speak to his team leader he ignored me and when I asked him to transfer me he cut the call.....I go out of my wag go pay these guys yet I get this ****y service from a retentions agent this **** is ****ed up.
