MTN RETENTIONS IS THW WORST

I had two MTN contracts with MTN ZA one of which included monthly data for R299. My contract expired in October but till this day my account is being debited for a service I’m no longer receiving. Last month they took an access of R567 and this month they are alleging that I owe them R998.89. I have been trying to contact them for the past two months and no one at retentions answers their calls. I was advised that I should email them and no one replies to emails either. I am utterly disappointed in the service I have been receiving from MTN. You guys are the WORST!!! Stop *****ing from us and honour the contract we conclude with you!
