MTN RETENTIONS IS THE WORST DEPARTMENT

Been trying to change my fully paid contract line to prepaid. The contract ended 2 months ago and I only realized now that I’m still being billed. One tell-operator said I have to call and cancel the contract even after the contract has ended. Called 808 and was referred to the retentions Dept which will never take your call. Been holding for more than 20mins and on multiple occasions but no help. Is there any way I can be assisted coz I need to cancel ASAP.
