MTN Retentions is striking still
Good day,

MTN Retentions department has been striking for how long...and MTN has nothing about getting other people to fill in for this department. Can someone please tell MTN that the time the Retentions department stops striking there won't be any customers to retain. I am certainly one of the customers you won't be able to retain.

All I want to know is what is left of my contract (penalty fee) to get out of it, having only 3 months left. I've trying for 3 weeks now, after contacting the Call Centre numerous times.

Really this is a joke, can no one at MTN make a plan?
