I recieved an sms as my contract was expiring,13/03/2016 I called to cancell my contract and i spoke to Elethu and she the told me i dont have to rather up or down grade to a 10gig at R59.00 per month for 6 months , we agreed. i realised during the month that i recieved R95 airtime , i phoned to enquire, i spoke to about 5 people and the referred to a 3rd party company Called Ison Cox as they dealt wth the upgrade. NO ONE CAN EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT HAPPENED TO THE INTIAL AGRREMENT ???????????????? I AM FRUSTRATED , CANCEL THE R95.00 AIRTIME AS I NEVER AGRRED TO THIS AND RE-INSTATE MY 10GIG AT R59.00 as agreed upon.
