MTN Retentions doesn't answer their phone

MTN Retentions doesn't answer their phone MTN took me for multiple rides on a contract I took with them in 2018. They The management/supervisors at this place is appalling, I have been calling days on end to cancel the contract, noone answers the phone (sitting on the phone as we speak) call their upgrades department and there is someone there to answer. Have never had an issue with Cell C . MTN and Telkom have the worst customer service out there.
