MTN RETENTIONS DEPT SERVICE IS APPAULING!!!!!!!!!!!!

MTN Retentions is the pits really. I have attempted to call them on 3 occasions just today. 27min, 48min and 56min on hold. Ultimately with no answer. Going in store is a futile exercise as cancelling a contract is ONLY completed at Retentions. This cannot be the way to do things. Could someone from MTN make an attempt to address this issue. Its completely unacceptable that a multimillion rand business as large as MTN cannot have sufficient headcount to manage the number of incoming calls within a division. Its LUDICROUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
