MTN Retention's department WEAK SERVICE

I don't understand how MTN claims that their service is the best whilest they can't even resolve my queries

The one thing I'm sure that they're doing good is when it comes to deducting money out of your bank account

My Contract termination date was on 05/11/2021 They still refuse to terminate my contract
