MTN Retentions Department not providing feedback

To Whom It May Concern,<br> <br> I contacted MTN via 808 on the 12 August 2015 to get a settlement amount should I wish to cancel my contract. I was informed by MTN customer care that they don't have that information on their system and retentions department will contact me within 72 hrs. A week later, I still don't have any feedback from MTN. I want to be contacted asap as I need this info.

Thank you for your post.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.

According to our systems ,no records found for the cell number stated on the sheet *** , but for the ***....early termination fees are as follows
handset value ( samusng s5) R 9,786.82 /24 = R 407.70 x 12( number of months remaining) = R 4839.91
unbilled R 578.98
